Refund & Exchange Policy

In addition to your Statutory Rights, we will happily exchange a product or provide a refund given the following conditions have been met:

Please note that refunds will not be provided for a change of mind after this time. All products must be returned to our Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, Pakistan location within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product and its packaging must be in original saleable condition — unopened, undamaged, and unused.

In the unlikely event you experience a reaction to a product, you have the option of an exchange or refund. Notification must be made by close of business the day after purchase via email to ornexus2@gmail.com.

How to make an exchange or receive a refund (online purchase):

When to Apply

Morning (AM) — Step 2, after cleansing

For best antioxidant protection, apply in the morning after cleansing and before moisturizer and sunscreen - Vitamin C works throughout the day to help defend skin against pollution and sun-related stress. It may also be used in the evening as part of a nightly routine, but should not be layered on the same night as Retinol Serum or Skin Brightening Cream; alternate actives by night to avoid over-exfoliation and irritation (see the weekly rotation plan).

How to Use

1. Cleanse the face thoroughly with Bead Bright Facewash and pat dry

2. Apply 3–4 drops evenly to clean, dry skin on the face and neck

3. Gently press the serum into the skin with the palms - do not rub - avoiding the delicate eye area

4. Follow with moisturizer

5. If used in the morning, always follow with SPF 30+
