Dispatch & Processing: Our team processes orders from Monday through Friday. Please be advised that we do not dispatch items on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or during a holiday period will be prioritized for shipment on the following business day.

Order Tracking: Every shipment is handled by our professional courier network. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated SMS featuring a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey in real time.

Delivery Timelines & Costs:

Timeframe: For deliveries across Pakistan, please allow 4–5 working days for arrival. Note: Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the working day count.

Standard Shipping: We apply a flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 on all standard orders.

Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping nationwide for all orders totaling Rs. 4,500 or more.
