In addition to your Statutory Rights, we will happily exchange a product or provide a refund given the following conditions have been met:

Please note that refunds will not be provided for a change of mind after this time. All products must be returned to our Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, Pakistan location within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product and its packaging must be in original saleable condition — unopened, undamaged, and unused.

In the unlikely event you experience a reaction to a product, you have the option of an exchange or refund. Notification must be made by close of business the day after purchase via email to ornexus2@gmail.com.

OR Moisturizing Lotion is the last hydration step of every routine, applied after serums and treatments (Vitamin C, Retinol, or Brightening Cream) and always before sunscreen in the morning. Serums and active ingredients can dry out the skin; this moisturizer locks in the skin barrier and reduces irritation, both AM and PM.

How to Use

1. Apply a generous amount to clean, dry skin - after treatment serums, before sunscreen in the morning

2. Massage in upward, circular motions until fully absorbed

3. For best results, apply immediately after bathing to help lock in moisture

4. Use both morning and night as the final hydration step

Note: This lotion contains UV-filtering ingredients but is not a substitute for a dedicated broad-spectrum sunscreen. For full sun protection, pair with OR Sunblock SPF 60 as the final step of your morning routine.
